What is an Intro Call? It is important that our team get's all your details and what your goals are from therapy before you begin your journey with us. Think of it as a call to get to know each other and give you the best next steps for what you aim to achieve.

How does therapy work?Everyone’s therapeutic journey is different; however, therapy usually starts weekly and overtime becomes bi-weekly depending on how you’re feeling. It is a confidential space where you speak to a professional based on your needs. Together, we create a path to achieving your personal goals while receiving therapy.

How long does therapy usually last?The average amount of time someone is in therapy is 6 months to a year but this all depends on how you feel and progress in session.

What does treatment look like?Treatment is composed of a series of goals you create with the therapist, your willingness to apply what you’ve learned outside of therapy, recommendations from the therapist, sometimes getting evaluated by other professionals and your consistency in attending session.

Will I get advice?The therapist could suggest or propose activities; however, it is your choice to decide what is best for you. No advice is given.

How long does the sessions last?The first session lasts about an hour and thirty minutes, as we review the documentation together. Every session after the first is about 45min to 60min long.

Do you provide in person sessions?We are currently not providing in person sessions; however, we will soon. We serve all Florida via Telehealth utilizing doxy.me as our HIPPA and HITECH compliance portal.

Is there a cancellation policy?Yes, If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. You can do this by contacting your therapist or our office. Failure to cancel or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is subject to the following fees: • 1st Missed Appointment: $25.00 • 2nd Missed Appointment: $50.00 • 3rd Missed Appointment: Subject to Discharge

How do I book a session?You can book a session by scheduling a 30min preliminary call with the therapist to see if you match. The therapist will ask about your availability and documentation to start.

Do they accept insurance?Currently, we are not accepting insurance, we are only taking private paid clients. Our sessions have been priced to be reasonable for anyone seeking care. Please call for more information.

What does KIMORAH stand for?Kind Immersive Mission of Revitalization and Harmony. KIMORAH is not a type of therapy, it is the belief system behind Claudia Gonzalez' approach to therapy.

Does the therapist speak Spanish?Yes, the therapist is bilingual.
